Return Policy

All item may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of customer receipt. In order to qualify for exchange or refund, all item must be in original sale condition with tags attached, new, unused, and unwashed. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge. When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will refund to the original credit card account. Shipping fees will not be credited. Color Display


We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. All monitors display color differently, therefore, we cannot guarantee that the items you order will be an exact color representation from what you view on our website.


Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow domestic delivery up to 2-7 business days.

For all international orders allow delivery up to 6-10 business days. Umberleaf is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fee imposed upon shipments to other countries.
